Our Service Desk
Our Service Desk is based in Newmarket and provides a front line support service to GPs, community nurses and midwives, hospital staff, patients and Partnership staff. The team has access to multiple laboratory systems and is able to provide results, bottle information, add on tests, book phlebotomy appointments at West Suffolk Hospital and Sudbury Health Centre, place GP stock orders and provide a first level IT service for NHS.net email account password resets and creating new users on the Partnership ICE system. The team also directs calls to duty doctors for urgent clinical advice.
The Service Desk is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday on 0333 103 2220. Outside these hours, please listen to the announcements and select the option to speak to the relevant laboratory. Note that we cannot take calls from patients outside these hours. You can also email us at [email protected]
