Fiona Bryant – Transformation Director
Fiona has over 15 years’ experience in delivering major transformational change programmes and high profile projects in both the public and private sector. An award winning change director, she was responsible for leading Cambridge University Hospital’s work related to the establishment of the Pathology Partnership. Prior to this, Fiona led the Regional Development Agency’s national relationship with Government, developing partnerships and joint delivery of transformed services cited as best practice by ministers. An accredited programme and project manager and a shared service architect, Fiona has an MBA in change management. She is a member of the Association of Project Managers, and of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. In 2012 she completed the NHS leadership programme.

Marion Enkel – Associate Director of Compliance and Governance
Marion began her career in the NHS in 1988 as a trainee biomedical scientist. She worked for a number of years in clinical chemistry laboratories before moving into a pathology-wide quality management position at Mid Essex Hospitals NHS Trust in 2008. In this role Marion chaired the pathology governance forums for quality, training and risk management. She worked with the laboratories supporting them to achieve accreditation to CPA standards and to secure funding for staff training and development. In July 2013 Marion joined the Pathology Partnership on secondment and was appointed to her current position in June 2014.
